Spicy Turkey
Chili
- 2 LBS Fresh DiPaola Ground Turkey
- 1 large onion diced
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 can (26 0z) of plum tomatoes
- 1 can (23 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (18 oz) kidney beans
- ½ can (18 oz) black beans
- 3 Tablespoons hot chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon salt
Sauté onions and garlic briefly. Add ground turkey cook thoroughly. Add plum tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beans. Stir until blended. Add all spices and stir until blended. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 ½ – 2 hours.
